Nice small post office. No wait.
This location is absolutely ridiculous. They refuse to deliver anything that they can't cram into our mailbox claiming they cannot get up our driveway (I drive a VW bug and have no issues while they drive an SUV); we are ALWAYS receiving the wrong mail and having my mail delivered to other people not even on our road; our daughter's mail keeps being forwarded to my MIL because daughter's middle name starts with a C and my MIL's first name starts with a C; and they are exceptionally unprofessional (missed delivery notices have been left on fast food napkins and they have a very poor attitude when we call to try and resolve issues). If you have a choice, do not use them!
What happened to delivering the mail every day ?
Once a week sometimes different days they don’t even come to my mailbox I know I get Mail by using the email delivery service that gives me a image of every piece of mail supposedly delivered that day ! Well again flag up with Netflix DVD in it and an email saying five pieces of mail going to be delivered today but yet the mail service never came today! What a joke saranac post office has become !
The lady that is at the counter is rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful. Recently, I waited in line and she treated everyone like they were idiots. If you don't like you job, quit. Many people that would love to have your job and would be very grateful.
Terrible, terrible delivery service! Our mail is often delivered to the wrong mailbox and any packages or boxes that can be crushed enough to cram into the mailbox (instead of getting out of his vehicle to put them on the porch) is smashed down and shoved in the mailbox, leaving both doors open so that our mail is exposed to the elements.
